1. Are you a new patient or pregnant? Please call the office to schedule.
2. If you are an existing patient and need an Annual Exam or Have a Problem to discuss, click on “ONLINE SCHEDULING”
3. Select preferred location:
   • “Medical Blvd” located at 1660 Medical Blvd, Ste #300. Mon-Fri. 
   • “Cypress Way” located at Mon-Thurs at 90 Cypress Way, Ste #40. Mon-Thurs.
   • ** If your provider does not have openings, change the location for options!
4. Select the provider you wish to see.
5. Select date and time. (If you need to be seen sooner, call the office or send a patient portal message.)
6. Enter your personal information and the reason for your visit.
7. You will receive a confirmation email.
